Social Events

The Conference will be accompanied by a number of various social events:

  • Welcome Dinner on Saturday evening
  • Field trip on Monday
  • Conference participants can choose one of the three following options:
    1. Penang (George Town) Heritage walk: 10am to 1pm,
    2. Kampun Perlis to visit the Goning Banans Sustainability Project: 9am to 3pm
    3. Chenaam Mangrove Site: 9.am to 3pm

All filed trips are free of charge and while the time is still tentative it will be secured that all participants are back no later than 4 pm to catch their flights if they leave on the same day.
