Early bird registration starts 15th of June and ends 15th of September. On 16th of September the standard registration starts.

You can register for the conference by filling the online registration form here.

After registration you will receive an email with information about the method of payment. Once payment has been received, the conference secretariat will confirm the registration by email.

Please note: To assure your registration, you must proceed the payment within 14 days from your online registration!

* a voluntary contribution of 20 USD for carbon offset will be appreciated

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by email to registration@hesd09.org.

For cancellations received before 15th of September 2009, the full registration fee will be refunded, with a 10% deduction for administrative expenses. From 16th of September to 15th of October 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

From 16th of October 2009, no refunds will be made.

If the Conference is cancelled by the organisation, only the registration fees will be refunded.
