To submit a paper proposal, download and use the submission form that is available here. Once completed, send it to callforpaper@hesd09.org, following the instructions you will find in the submission form itself.

The abstracts of up to 1.000 words will by subject of evaluation, taking into account the fit to the thematic lines, originality of the proposal as well as scientific quality.

Once evaluated, the authors of the accepted proposals will be asked to send the full text of the paper, according to the instructions to be received by email for integration in the conference proceedings on CD-ROM not later than 15th of October.
